Tais Romero

Tais Romero started their work experience as a Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Greater Boston in July 2016. From October 2016 to February 2018, they worked as a Youth Aide at Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, where they supervised and tutored students, organized events, and planned mentoring programs. Following that, they worked as a Membership Clerk from February 2018 to December 2019 and as a Volunteer Coordinator from December 2019 to August 2020 at the same organization. In August 2020, they became an Event Coordinator and then an Event Specialist from June 2021 to November 2021. Tais then joined AssuredPartners as an Account Manager from November 2021 to February 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Launch Account Manager at Hotwire Communications Ltd as of February 2023.

Tais Romero pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida International University from the year 2018 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including the Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License from the Florida Department of Financial Services in November 2021. Prior to that, they acquired the certification for "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" from LinkedIn in August 2020 and the "Customer Service Proficiency" certification from SkillsUSA in May 2017.
