Taylor Radovic

Taylor Radovic, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, Radovic worked at Hotwire Communications LLC as a Project Coordinator, where they managed the company's fleet of vehicles, coordinated property launches, and acted as a liaison with insurance brokers and registered agents. In 2012, Radovic joined Invincible Pictures as a Business Accounts and Office Manager, responsible for general operations and office management, human resources duties such as payroll processing and employee recruitment, and accounting tasks like managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. From 2013 to 2015, Radovic worked at Hersha Hospitality as an Executive Assistant, supporting top executives, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and overseeing various office functions. Currently, Radovic is working at Hotwire Communications Ltd as an HR Business Partner, building and developing relationships across the East Coast, handling employee relations concerns, investigations, and terminations.

Taylor Radovic, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University between the years 2000 and 2004. In January 2018, Taylor obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
