Theresa Fletcher

Theresa Fletcher's work experience starts in 2000 when they worked as a Vice President at AT&T, responsible for achieving financial goals and increasing operating performance. Theresa then moved on to become an Area Vice President/GM at Comcast Spotlight from 2001 to 2007. As the General Manager of Hysea Investments from 2007 to 2009, they directed all operations of a shipping company. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Consulting Chief Revenue Officer at Argo Digital Solutions, where they developed the business and managed a budget. In 2010, they were a Consulting Interim COO at Health & Fitness Concepts, focusing on building infrastructure and overhauling financials. At Comcast Business, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Products from 2011 to 2016. Theresa then joined Windstream Enterprise as a Director of Enterprise Sales from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2018, they worked at Atlantic Broadband as the Director of Enterprise Sales Florida. Theresa'smost recent role is as the Executive Vice President/General Manager at Hotwire Communications Ltd, a position they have held since 2019.
