Stephanie Pastorelli

Stephanie Pastorelli serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Hotwire since June 2022, holding the concurrent role of CHRO and Global Head of People & Culture. Previous experience includes positions as a Member at Chief from September 2022 to January 2024 and Head of Human Resources & People Operations at Camuto Group from September 2019 to February 2022. Stephanie has also held the role of Corporate Director, Human Resources at Northwell Health from May 2016 to September 2019, and Regional Director/VP, Human Resources at Macy's for five years until May 2016. Earlier career highlights include serving as Regional Director of Labor & Employee Relations at Target and District Human Resource Manager at Circuit City Stores. Stephanie's educational background includes a BA in Organizational Communication from SUNY New Paltz and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management currently in progress at Stony Brook University.
