Andrew Matorin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since February 2013, Andrew has successfully led corporate activities resulting in transactions exceeding $5 billion. Previously, Andrew held leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Intervention Solutions Group, Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Scholastic, and Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at J.P. Morgan, along with significant analytical positions at Bear Stearns and Ion Partners. Andrew's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from Tulane University.
