Declan O'Connor

Declan O'Connor is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Director at Houlihan Lokey since December 2021, Declan previously held the Director position at GCA Altium from February 2012 to December 2021, where additional roles included Vice President, Associate, and Analyst. Earlier in their career, Declan worked as a Corporate Finance Executive at Evolution Securities for a brief period in 2011. Declan holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Finance from The University of Manchester, earned between 2008 and 2011.
