Geoffrey Bright

Geoffrey Bright is an incoming Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, specializing in Aerospace & Defense coverage, beginning in May 2024. Geoffrey has previous experience as a 2024 Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the same sector. Currently serving as a Deal Team Lead at the University of Michigan Zell Early-Stage Fund, Geoffrey focuses on investments ranging from $25k to $200k in pre-seed to series A rounds of high-growth startups. Additionally, Geoffrey works as an Academic Success Accounting Tutor at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and holds leadership positions as President and VP of Operations for Michigan Private Equity & Venture Capital. Geoffrey was a finalist in the Citi M&A Case Competition, earning second place, and held the role of Private Equity Analyst at Lionfield Capital. Geoffrey is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with prior educational experience at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and a high school diploma from Spring-Ford Senior High School.
