Jaclyn Kaier-Ratliff

Jaclyn Kaier-Ratliff is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President in the Office of the CIO at Houlihan Lokey since May 2022, Jaclyn previously held multiple leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Director of Technology for Disneyland Lodging & Ticketing Fulfillment, where notable achievements included the relaunch of the Guest Annual Pass program and the successful reopening of Disneyland post-shutdown. Jaclyn's career also encompasses a role as Manager at Capgemini, managing substantial project budgets, client relationships, and implementation strategies. Starting as a Senior Programmer Analyst at The Walt Disney Company, Jaclyn built a strong foundation in software development and systems implementation. Jaclyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from West Virginia University.
