Amitai Koren-Lawrence has been employed in various roles since 1995. From 1995 to 2001, they were an NCO at Plhahan. From 2001 to 2005, they were a Training Leader and then a Trainers Leader at Tower Semiconductors. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Training Center Manager at Berlitz. From 2007 to 2016, they were a Tier 2 Customer Support Engineer EMEA and an Applications Advanced Support Group Engineer, APAC at NICE Systems, providing technical systems support and training developers. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Support Specialist and Customer Success and a Technical Support Engineer at Panaya. Currently, they are a Support Manager at Hour One.

Amitai Koren-Lawrence obtained a Bachelor's degree from Eroni H between 1987-1992. Amitai then attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1995-1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA). In 1999-2000 they attended Granit Unitec, Haifa and obtained an MCSD in Computer Science. Finally, they attended the University of Haifa between 2004-2005 and obtained a Diploma in General Management.
