Rashi Khurana

Rashi Khurana is an experienced software engineer and engineering manager who has worked for several well-known companies. Rashi began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a software engineer. Later, they joined Orbitz as a Senior Software Engineer before becoming a Technical Lead and Engineering Manager. At Shutterstock, they served as a Manager, then Director, and eventually as VP of Engineering, where they led the eCommerce Images division. Rashi'smost recent position was as VP and Head of Engineering at LTK, where they were responsible for growing the tech organization by 20x and leading the development of new revenue and payment systems, link tracking, and a new LTK Creator app. Currently, they are serving as Interim Head of Engineering at HourWork, where they are responsible for providing a platform for hourly wage earners to connect with the quick-service restaurant industry.

Rashi Khurana received a Master of Science degree in Information Technology and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2008. Rashi also obtained two additional certifications: "FinTech: Foundations, Payments, and Regulations" from Wharton Online (Coursera) and "Technology Strategy: Creative Destruction" from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign| Coursera, but the dates they obtained them are unknown.
