Richard Sween

Richard Sween is the head of engineering at HourWork. Richard has over eight years of experience in the engineering field. Richard has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Mississippi State University and a master's degree in computer science from the University of Southern Mississippi. Richard has worked as a research engineer for the Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems and as an engineering manager for Kopis Mobile. Richard is experienced in project management, software development, and user research.

Richard Sween has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mississippi State University.

They work with Andrew Sheldon - Director, Product, Robert Snyder - COO & Co-Founder, and Abby Richter - Senior Program Director.
