Marta Cervini

Marta Cervini has extensive experience in food science and technology, currently serving as an R&D Associate at House Foods America since July 2022. Prior to this role, Marta worked as a Regional Quality Center Lab Technician at Bimbo Bakeries USA, focusing on ensuring product quality through specialized testing. Earlier experience includes a position as a Laboratory Analyst at Emiliana Conserve Società Agricola S.P.A., where Marta performed chemical-physical analyses on tomato products, contributing to improved production standards and customer satisfaction. An internship at Molino Dallagiovanna GRV SRL involved rheological analyses to differentiate types of pastry flours. Marta holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
