Silvia Grosso

Silvia Grosso has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Silvia began their career in 1999 as a Gallery Curator at Antonino Paraggi, where they curated exhibitions and managed special events. Silvia then moved on to work as a Photography Producer and Photo Editor at Fabrica from 2003 to 2007, where they organized photoshoots and managed the budget for the photography department. Silvia also worked as an Exhibition Assistant at La Biennale di Venezia and as a Photographer Assistant for the Venice Film Festival in 2003.

Silvia's experience in event management and culinary arts includes roles as Head of Events Chef at Pinch Food Design, where they were responsible for resolving issues and managing data projects, and as a Team Lead at Creative Edge Parties and Acquolina Catering. Silvia also served as the General Manager at Farinella from 2008 to 2011.

Additionally, Silvia has worked in sales as a Sales Manager at Mondadori Electa S.p.a. and gained valuable skills as a Photography Dept Assistant at Redux Pictures, where they quickly learned new skills and maintained an excellent attendance record.

Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Covid-19 Contact Tracing from The Johns Hopkins University in November 2020 and Food safety certification from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in September 2010.
