Naveen Pinglay

Naveen Pinglay has a varied work experience spanning several industries and roles. Naveen began their career at MBF Industries, where they served as a Vice President and played a key role in process improvement initiatives. Naveen then joined Vopak as a Vice President, where they co-founded Resource Logistix and led the integrated 3PL business unit. Naveen later worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Director of Supply Chain for the Healthcare division, overseeing the customer supply chain experience. Naveen then moved on to Haynes Furniture Company, where they served as the SVP & Chief Operating Officer, responsible for various departments and managing a large team across multiple locations. After that, Naveen joined Trio Electric as a Vice President, focusing on procurement, supply chain, and IT. Naveen later became the Chief Operations Officer at YES Prep Public Schools, overseeing their operations. Currently, Naveen is the Vice President of Operations at House Ninja.
