Becca McCarthy

Becca McCarthy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at House of Athlete, a position held since January 2022, focusing on enhancing health and performance outcomes through elite athlete experiences. Prior to this role, Becca was an advisor at LiSTR since June 2020 and held the title of SVP, Head of Live at FORME Life from August 2020 until December 2021, where the focus was on in-home fitness experiences. Becca was previously the Chief Operating Officer at SLT from December 2017 to April 2020, managing a premium fitness brand. As the owner of Pure Barre from July 2013 to June 2019, Becca contributed to the largest barre franchise across North America. Additional experience includes working as Chief Operating Officer at T3 Travel, co-founding Next Level Labs, serving as Vice President of Strategy at NBTV Studios, and working as an Account Manager at Octagon. Becca's early career included a role as Assistant Director of Operations at USRowing. Becca achieved an MS in Sports Management and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and holds a degree from Connecticut College and The University of Queensland.
