Patricia Laliberté is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labor relations and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Labour Relation Advisor at the House of Commons of Canada since January 2020, Patricia provides strategic advice on employment issues and represents the employer in collective bargaining. Prior to this role, Patricia worked at the University of Ottawa in various capacities, including Labour Relations Officer and Assistant to the Director in the School of Human Kinetics, where responsibilities included advising on collective agreements, participating in collective bargaining, and liaising with union representatives. Earlier experience includes roles as a Clinical Activities Assistant and Year 1 Coordinator in the Faculty of Medicine, and customer service positions with Movember, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and History from the University of Ottawa.
