Tim Nieboer

Tim Nieboer, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development.

Tim started their career at Thermotron Industries in 1988 as a Sr. Recruiter and Plant Human Resources Manager. Tim then worked at Haworth Inc. as a Senior Employee Relations Representative from 1994 to 1997.

In 1997, Tim joined Holland American Wafer Co. as a Manager of Human Resources, before transitioning to Quantum Services, Inc. in 2000 as a Partner and Senior Consultant. At Quantum Services, Inc., they oversaw human capital projects and served as a lead consultant for various industries.

In 2006, Tim became the Director of Employee Development and Training at USF Holland / YRC Worldwide. Tim held this position until 2010 when they joined LifeHOUSE Management Services as a Regional Director of Human Capital and Culture. In this role, they redesigned the HR support effort and implemented strategic human capital programs for senior living communities.

Tim then became a partner and president of Advanced Fulfillment, Inc. in 2011. Tim successfully turned around the failing business by creating and executing strategies to generate sales and revenue growth.

From 2013 to 2017, Tim worked at Precision Aerospace Corp. as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development. Tim was responsible for overseeing human capital management processes and leading the design and execution of the company's enterprise-level lean strategy.

Currently, Tim is the Vice President of Human Resources at House Of Flavors, where they provide strategic and tactical leadership for a private label food production operation. Tim leads a team in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, safety, compliance, and compensation.

Tim Nieboer, SPHR has an MBA in Organizational Development from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Business/Psychology from Calvin University. Tim also holds a Lean Champion Certification from Acuity Institute, obtained in January 2023. Additionally, they are currently studying for an Executive Coach certification from the International Coach Federation, starting in June 2015.
