Emma Beckerle

Emma Beckerle is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Emma began their career in 2013 as a Marketing Manager at Royal Caribbean International for Celebrity Cruises in the Boston DMA, where they had a budget of $2.4M to utilize towards any team, sales or marketing growth initiatives. In 2014, they moved to The Travel Corporation as the Director of National Accounts for the East region, focusing on contract negotiations, relationship building, keynote speaking engagements, hosting clients on product experiences and managing the day-to-day sales team. In 2015, they joined LevelUp as the Head of Account Management & Client Services, where they managed the company's most strategic client relationships with the largest QSR brands in the US and UK. Emma grew and restructured the team from 5 account managers to a team of 25 within 3 years, restructuring incentive structure and overhauling and improving operational processes. This company was later acquired by Grubhub for $390M in 2018. In 2019, Emma became the Head of Account Management - LeafLink Financial, one of the founding members of LeafLink Financial, the largest financing facility in the cannabis space. Emma helped take the business from inception to the #1 revenue generating business line within 6 months, becoming a fully profitable department within 18 months and a $360M annualized business line within 24 months of operating. In 2021, they joined Dutchie as the Director of Sales & Financial Services, taking Dutchie's new ACH Payments (0 to 1) product to market within 60 days of joining. Emma also provided strategic guidance for new financial services products being explored for the industry, including Insurance, and was integral in closing Dutchie's first Insurance deal ever within 90 days of joining. Emma also overhauled Payment sales incentives structure and onboarding program, which drove Dutchie Payments record breaking months. In 2022, Emma joined Kind Ventures LLC as Senior Strategic Advisor, House of Puff Inc. as Head of Business Development, and Sama Therapeutics as Senior Strategy Advisor. In 2023, they joined Evolution Retreats as a Business Strategy Advisor. Most recently in 2021, Emma founded and became the Principal of ABO Performance & Advisory, providing strategic/commercial advisory and coaching services for organizations and leaders in the cannabis, psychedelics, technology and wellness sectors.

Emma Beckerle has a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business from Skidmore College and graduated from Albertus Magnus High School. Emma also holds five certifications from various institutions, including a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute (obtained in August 2022), a Wondrous World of 5-MeO-DMT from Psychedelic Support (obtained in August 2022), a Brain Based Conversation Skills Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute (obtained in June 2022), a Professional Cannabis Therapeutics: CBD/Cannabis Health Coach Certificate from Holistic Caring (obtained in May 2022), and a Master Certificate Program - Cannabis Law, Cultivation, Manufacturing, & Science Certificate from Cannabis Training University (obtained in December 2018).
