Esther Scheffener

Esther Scheffener has significant work experience in various leadership roles. From 1994 to 1997, they worked as a Project Manager in Online Marketing. Esther then joined Randstad Uitzendbureau Callflex, where they served as a Trainer/Intercedente from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they worked as a Trainer in Communicatieve vaardigheden from 1999 to 2005. In 2000, they became the Manager of Learning & Development at Agis Zorgverzekeringen, a role they held until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Business Manager at TriamFloat, an opleidingskundig bureau. Esther then became the Executive Business Manager at TriamFloat from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined The Human Network as the COO and was responsible for various subsidiary companies under the organization. Later, in 2022, they became the CEO of The Human Network and later took on the role of CEO at House Of Talents NL in 2023, where they oversee the success of the entire group and supports high-end interim experts in specialized domains.

Esther Scheffener attended Nyenrode Business University from 2017 to 2018, where they completed the Advanced Management Program 29. Esther also studied Architectonische Theatervormgeving at Hogeschool voor de Kunsten from 1989 to 1993.
