Lauren McSwain

Lauren McSwain currently serves as Senior Vice President of People & Talent at House Rx since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Vice President of People Partners at Olive from April 2021 to November 2023, where significant contributions included partnering with the Executive team to align people strategies with business objectives during rapid growth. Lauren's background includes various leadership roles in human resources and recruitment, notably as Vice President of Human Resources at Empiric Health, which was acquired by Olive, and multiple positions at Huron Consulting Group, including National Campus Recruiting Director. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
