Renata Frogel has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Coordenadora de RH at Houseasy since August 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, managing the compensation plan, and implementing HR programs aligned with the organizational culture. Previously, Renata held the position of Analista de Recursos Humanos SR, also at Houseasy, and prior roles included Analista de Recursos Humanos at RTE Rodonaves and Selecionadora at GD9 Assessoria em RH. Educational qualifications include a specialization in Development of Groups from SBDG and a degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, complemented by a specialization in Analytical Psychology.
