Carmen Arteaga's work experience begins in 2007 as a Responsible for Communication at Gibeller Grupo until March 2009. Carmen then worked as a Communication and Press Officer at Centro Europeo de Coaching Ejecutivo from April to October 2011. From November 2011 to May 2016, they served as a Specialist in Digital Marketing at TuDespensa.com, where they were responsible for coordinating and analyzing promotional campaigns and marketing agreements. In November 2016, they briefly became the Chief Marketing Officer at miemana, overseeing marketing strategies and budget control. From September 2017 to January 2018, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Alcanzia Energía, focusing on digital marketing strategies, SEO, and SEM campaigns. Since January 2018, they have been the Head of Customer Experience at Housell.

Carmen Arteaga has a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universitat d'Alacant, which they obtained between 2001 and 2006. Carmen then pursued further education by completing a Master's degree in Cultural Management from the University of Valencia between 2009 and 2011.
