Janet Campbell

Janet Campbell has an extensive and varied work experience. Janet most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Restoration since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Non-Executive Director at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust starting in August 2019. Janet also held the role of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at British Fencing from October 2013 to October 2021, where they were responsible for governance and strategy. Additionally, they worked as an HR Director, Consultant, and Executive Coach at Campbell HR Consulting from October 2017 to September 2020. Janet's earlier experience includes working as an HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner at Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, and various HR roles, including HR Manager, at The Santa Cruz Operation, a software developer.

Janet Campbell attended the London Business School in 2008, where they studied HR Strategy in Transforming Organizations. From 1990 to 1992, they pursued a degree at the University of Hertfordshire and obtained a DMS. Janet has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including being a Chartered FCIPD from CIPD in 2016, completing a Coaching & Mentoring Level 5 from ILM in 2015, and being certified as a Practitioner for Hogan and Facet5 assessments in 2019 and 2015 respectively.
