Ludjy Butter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career at Edgewater Beach Resort as an Administrative Assistant, where they provided excellent customer service and handled various office tasks. They then moved on to Trotter Institute as a Social Media Manager, responsible for managing the organization's social media presence. After that, they joined Jobcase, Inc. as an Office and Operations Assistant, focusing on maintaining workflow, customer service, and administrative tasks. Ludjy later worked at Charter Home Health as a Human Resources Officer, before joining Ball Never Lies, LLC as the COO, overseeing business operations and utilizing sales channels. Currently, they are working at HouseWorks LLC as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter.

Ludjy Butter completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with a focus on Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Boston Honors College. Ludjy attended the university from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their degree, Ludjy also obtained certifications in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Employees V4.1 from Traliant in December 2022, and Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in October 2022.
