Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith's work experience includes serving as the Head of Group Property Compliance at Housing 21 since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Nuffield Health from June 2008 to September 2022, first as a Regional Technical Manager/Technical Services Manager and then as a Building Standards & Compliance Manager. Before that, they were employed at Cannons Health Club from January 2004 to June 2008, initially as an Assistant General Manager - Programming & Operations and later as a Swimming Teacher & Coach. Sarah also held the roles of Fitness Instructor, Lifeguard, Duty Manager, and Swimming Co-Ordinator at Cannons Health Club from March 2002 to January 2004, where they successfully expanded the group swim programme during their tenure.

Sarah Smith's education history is as follows:

From 2011 to 2014, Sarah attended London South Bank University and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BEng (Hons) degree in Building Services Engineering.

Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they also attended London South Bank University and obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Services Engineering.

Currently, Sarah is pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Risk and Safety Leadership at the University of Portsmouth. Sarah started in 2021 and is expected to complete their degree in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they obtained the "P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings (inc asbestos removal)" certification from the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS). In 2021, they obtained the "WSET Level 3 Award in Wine" certification from ThirtyFifty.
