Tamara Williams-Harding

Tamara Williams-Harding has extensive experience in housing and operations management, currently serving as Regional Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Housing 21 since March 2022. In this role, Tamara manages a team of Local Housing Managers to ensure high-quality, customer-focused housing services for residents in retirement schemes, while meeting organisational KPIs and compliance standards. Prior to this, Tamara spent over 15 years at The Hyde Group, where roles included Lead Officer for Intensive Housing Management Service and Lead Resident Engagement Officer, focusing on team development and resident engagement initiatives. Tamara's career began with positions at Brent Council and Sit-up Channels, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Brunel University London and A Levels in Psychology and Sociology from Virgo Fidelis Senior School.
