Housing Search Specialist- Homebase

Housing Assistance Corporation is currently hiring for a full time HomeBASE Housing Search Specialist for our family homeless prevention programs. This position is responsible for working with families to find housing and avoid transitioning to a homeless shelter.

This position provides a unique opportunity to impact the lives of families by providing resources and assistance to support family transitions from homelessness to housing. Qualified applicants will have knowledge of the housing search and lease up process.

The position requires experience working with homeless or low-income families, as well as strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Valid MA driver’s license required. Supervisory experience is a plus! This position reports to the Vice President of Homeless Services.
