Treasure Sheppard serves as a Culture of Health Leader at the National Collaborative for Health Equity and as a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager at HACLA, overseeing integrated projects that focus on sustainability and public health. Additionally, Treasure holds the position of CEO & Chair of the Board of Directors for the Pasadena Recreation & Parks Foundation and participated in the Salzburg Global Seminar's Emerging Urban Leaders program. Experience includes leadership in housing and houselessness initiatives through Coro Southern California and impactful contributions to the Los Angeles County Development Authority, developing significant reports and managing housing programs. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University and a MicroMasters in Data, Economics, & Development Policy from MIT, among others.
