V. Srinivasa Rangan

V. Srinivasa Rangan is the Executive Director of the Corporation. Mr. Rangan joined the Corporation in 1986 and has served in Delhi Region and was the Senior General Manager – Corporate Planning & Finance function since 2001. Mr. Rangan has been Executive Director of the Corporation with effect from January 1, 2010. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and is responsible for mobilization of funds for the Corporation, investments, and asset-liability management. Mr. Rangan is also a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Directors, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of Directors, and Risk Management Committee.

Mr. Rangan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and is an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an expert in finance, accountancy, audit, economics, corporate governance, legal & regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic thinking. He has vast experience in housing finance and the real estate sector.
