Sharon McLoughlin

Sharon McLoughlin serves as the Head of Professional Services at RESOLVE ASB since June 2016, collaborating with the CEO to influence national policy on anti-social behavior and representing the organization at strategic national meetings. In addition, Sharon holds various roles including Board Trustee at Housing Justice and HoardingUK, Associate Trainer/Consultant with Homeless Link, and Consultant & Trainer at Clouds End CIC, contributing to training and consultancy in community safety and social issues. As a founder member of the HARM Network at the University of Central Lancashire, Sharon promotes collaboration against honour-based violence. With over 27 years of experience in the Community Safety Sector, Sharon has also provided mentorship and leadership in diverse capacities, enhancing strategies for vulnerable populations and community support. Education was completed at The University of Salford from 1992 to 1996.
