Cynthia Eichner

Cynthia Eichner possesses extensive experience in employee engagement and community development within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager/Director of Employee Engagement at Housing Hope, Cynthia focuses on fostering an inclusive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction. Previous roles include Director of Community Development at HopeWorks Social Enterprises, where strategic plans were translated into people-centric programs, and Interim Director at the Snohomish County Health Leadership Coalition, where program development for population health improvement was managed. Cynthia has also held positions in health outreach, communications, and campaign development across various organizations, including the American Cancer Society and Overlake Hospital, demonstrating a strong commitment to social equity and community health.
