Victoria Whibley

Victoria Whibley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the finance sector. Victoria is currently the Executive Director of Finance and Transformation at Housing Plus Group since December 2022. Prior to this, they held various senior finance roles at Housing Plus Group, including Executive Director of Finance, Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, Head of Finance, and Interim Head of Finance. Before joining Housing Plus Group, they worked at KPMG UK as an Assistant Manager, where they gained extensive experience in leading on-site external and internal audit teams, conducting specialist reviews, and project management. Victoria also has experience as a Research Intern at the New Local Government Network and as a Careers Ambassador at the University of Bristol.

Victoria Whibley graduated from The Robert Smyth School in 2007. Victoria then attended the University of Bristol from 2007 to 2010, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. From 2010 to 2013, Victoria pursued further education and training at CIPFA Education and Training, completing a program in CIPFA.
