Chanel Raesis

Chanel Raesis serves as a member of the Board of Directors at HAR.com and holds the position of Director at Texas REALTORS® since January 2023. Additionally, Chanel leads the COCO Realty Group at CB&A, Realtors, where responsibilities include directing agent development. Chanel's real estate career began at David Weekley Homes as a Sales Consultant, followed by roles at Tompkins Realty, RE/MAX INTEGRITY, and Realty ONE Group Lone Star as a REALTOR®. Chanel received education from Champions School Of Real Estate between 2003 and 2004.
