Francisco Tobar

Francisco Tobar has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Francisco is currently the Director of Soccer Operations at the Houston Dynamo Football Club, where they manage all aspects of Soccer Operations. Prior to this, they worked at Inter Miami CF in various roles such as Director of Club Administration & Team Operations, Senior Director of Facilities & Club Administration, and Director of Team Administration. Francisco also gained experience at D.C. United as the Director of Team Operations, Team Administrator, and Equipment Manager. Francisco has also held positions at Sport&Health as an Assistant Manager and Director of Housekeeping, as well as at the U.S. Soccer Federation as the USWNT Equipment Coordinator. Additionally, they served as the Director of Operations at the Marco Antonio Etcheverry Soccer Academy and was an Equipment Manager at the Miami Fusion F.C. Overall, Francisco Tobar has a strong background in overseeing team operations and administration in the soccer industry.

From 1991 to 1995, Francisco Tobar attended Virginia Tech, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Sports Management.
