Tom Adden is the current Assistant Director of Football Operations for the Houston Texans. Prior to this, they worked for the National Football League for over nine years in game operations and football administration. In this role, they represented the League office at NFL games during the preseason, regular season, and postseason, including International Series games in London and Mexico City. Tom also served as the primary contact for Super Bowl operations, managing team hotels, practice sites, game day operations, and team liaisons. In addition, Adden was a liaison to various NFL committees, such as the Competition Committee, Player Safety Advisory Panel, General Managers Advisory Committee, and Coaches Subcommittee. Tom also assisted with compiling contingency plans for all NFL games and monitored games in the Game Day Operations Center to resolve any in-game issues. Prior to their time with the NFL, Adden worked as a Communications Assistant for the Jacksonville Jaguars for eight months.
