The leadership team at Houston Northwest Church has a wide range of experiences and educational backgrounds. Many on the team have worked in churches in various capacities, such as children's pastor, youth pastor, and teaching pastor. Others have experience in fields such as legal assistance, human resources, event coordination, and business ownership. All members of the team have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
