Stephanie Alla

Stephanie Calascione, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Artistic Planning at the Houston Symphony, a position held since September 2018, after progressing through roles such as Artistic Operations Manager and Artistic Operations Assistant. Prior experience includes positions at the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra as a Graduate Assistant and various internships, along with a role as Production and Marketing Associate at the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra. Stephanie also contributed to the May Festival and the Vocal Arts Ensemble as a Development Intern and gained early experience as an Accounting Intern at MicroVention. Educationally, Stephanie holds dual Master's degrees in Arts Administration and Business Administration with a focus on Music from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Music from Chapman University.
