Diede van der Voort

Diede van der Voort is a Tax Lawyer at Houthoff since April 2019, specializing in Dutch and international taxation related to private equity funds, restructuring, M&A transactions, and MIPs. Diede served as a Treasurer for the Justitia event organized by the Justitia Foundation from October 2020 to October 2021, which attracts numerous legal professionals from various countries. Previous experience includes roles as a Tax Werkstudent at Houthoff and Van Doorne, and an intern at the Gerechtshof Den Haag in the Tax Chamber. Diede holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Leiden University and has completed various professional training programs in taxation and law.
