Benjamin Lee

Benjamin Lee has extensive work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Benjamin currently holds the position of Chief Business Officer at houzen, a role they began in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Director at houzen from October 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining houzen, Benjamin worked as a Senior Manager - EMEA Acquisitions at Frasers Group from February 2018 to September 2020. Benjamin also served as the Head of Acquisition - Global Investments at Tai United Holdings Ltd from October 2016 to January 2018.

Benjamin'searlier roles include Director - Head of Real Estate Reporting at LJ Partnership from January 2016 to June 2016, Acquisition Associate at Clearbell Capital LLP from February 2011 to December 2015, and Acquisition Associate at Mountgrange LLP from February 2011 to February 2014.

Benjamin began their career as a Performance and Risk Analyst at M&G in April 2008, and they also worked as an Analyst at PRUPIM from 2009 to 2011. Benjamin'sfirst professional role was as a Portfolio Analyst at IPD from November 2006 to April 2008.

Benjamin Lee completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics at the University of Warwick from 2003 to 2006. Benjamin then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate Investment at Cass Business School from 2007 to 2009. Following this, in 2009, Benjamin enrolled in the CFA Program, offered by the CFA Institute. Benjamin successfully obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification in August 2014. From 2013 to 2015, they also participated as an RICS APC Candidate, although no degree was obtained during this period. Prior to their university education, Benjamin attended Epsom College from 2001 to 2003 and Diocesan Boys' School from 1996 to 2001.
