Nicoleta Beck

Nicoleta Beck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nicoleta currently serves as a Board Assistant and Project Manager at Hoverture since November 2021. Before that, they worked as a Virtual Assistant, handling various responsibilities such as project and event management, design tasks, bookkeeping, and communication with external partners and customers.

Prior to their virtual assistant role, Nicoleta was an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at remote control productions from May 2021 to November 2021. Nicoleta also gained extensive experience at Sky Deutschland GmbH, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the EVP Customer Growth from May 2015 to July 2020, and as a Personal Assistant to the Senior Vice President Sales from June 2010 to May 2015.

Their earlier professional experiences include working as an Assistenz im Ratssekretariat at Europäisches Patentamt from January 2010 to June 2010, a Freelance Team Assistant at Philotech GmbH from September 2009 to January 2010, and a Check-In Service Agent at Lufthansa from September 2008 to September 2009.

Nicoleta also served as a Seminar Assistant at Delta Institut für Changemanagement & Persönlichkeitsentwicklung from February 2006 to September 2008, and provided freelance back-office support at FScon AG from February 2007 to March 2008. Nicoleta started their career as a Researcher at Kienbaum Executive Consultants from May 2005 to July 2007, and again from October 2005 to June 2007.

Nicoleta Beck received their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they attended The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, where they focused on German and English Language & Literature. Before that, from 1999 to 2001, they were enrolled at the University of Bucharest, where they studied German & English Language and Literature. In addition to their formal education, Nicoleta obtained a certification in "Einführung ins Projektmanagement" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
