Andréa Norfini

Andréa Norfini, MSc, currently serves as the Global Human Resources Senior Executive for Talent Strategies at Hovione since July 2023, while also mentoring for Nova SBE VOICE Leadership since June 2024. Previously, Andréa held the position of Senior Human Resources Director for Latin America at Stryker from April 2022 to June 2023 and served as Human Resources Director for Americas Medical Services at UnitedHealth Group from November 2016 to January 2022, where responsibilities included acting as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Andréa's extensive experience encompasses roles such as Talent Director and HR Business Partner, with a strong focus on Talent Strategy, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition, among others. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and the Sustainable Future of Organizations from Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de São Paulo and a Master's in Business Administration from FIA Business School, along with an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and additional qualifications in Human Resources and Business Administration.
