Head of Customer Success at how.fm

Alex Noak has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, Alex is the Head of Customer Success at how.fm since October 2022. In this role, Alex focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and empowering them to transform their business using how.fm.

Prior to how.fm, Alex spent several years at trivago, starting as Sales & Account Management in June 2012 and eventually becoming the Head of Sales Operation and Communication in March 2018. At trivago, Alex was responsible for various tasks such as monitoring sales effectiveness, driving sales growth strategies, implementing sales tools, tracking and reporting performance, leading B2B communication strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Before trivago, Alex worked at Kempinski Hotels from 2009 to 2012. There, Alex held positions such as Corporate Manager Digital Strategy, Corporate Assistant Manager Digital Strategy, Corporate eCommerce Executive, E-Commerce Task Force, and eCommerce Coordinator.

Additionally, Alex gained experience as a Human Resource Coordinator at The Westin Melbourne in 2007, as a Bartender and Waiter at the deck @ prince and comme in Melbourne, Australia, and as an Operational Trainee at Sheraton Taipei, Taiwan in 2005.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated expertise in customer success, sales operations, communication, digital strategy, eCommerce, and team leadership.

Alex Noak completed a Diploma of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, from 2006 to 2007, they attended Victoria University, where they obtained a BA in Hospitality Management.
