Barbara Raymond

Barbara Raymond holds extensive experience in consulting, program management, and impact investing. As the Principal and CEO of Barbara Raymond Consulting since 2017, Barbara guides clients in defining organizational objectives, developing strategies, and securing funding, achieving over $2 million in grants for clients. Additionally, as an Impact Investor and Limited Partner with How Women Invest since 2020, Barbara contributes to reshaping the venture capital landscape. Previously, as Program Director at The California Endowment (2009-2017), Barbara managed a team and budget focused on promoting healthier communities. Early career roles include researcher at the RAND Corporation, program manager for the Seattle Police Department, and a manager for King County's Drug Court. Barbara Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Pomona College and a Master of Arts with Honors in Education, Curriculum & Instruction from Seattle University.
