Lead Cellmap Annotator - Computer Science Liaison at Howard Hughes Medical Institute

Alyson Petruncio has a diverse work experience in various industries. Alyson started their career as a Research and Development Technician at The Bode Technology Group in 2013 and worked there until 2015. Alyson then joined Covance as a Research Assistant II from 2015 to 2017. Following that, Alyson worked at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute as a FlyLight Research Technician from 2018 to 2019, and then as a Lead CellMap Annotator - Computer Science Liaison from 2019. Currently, they are working at jellopencil as a Surrealism Artist, where their role involves using visual arts to support mental health through individual expression.

Alyson Petruncio received their Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, which they completed from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Virginia Tech from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Biology. Alyson also earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from George Mason University.
