Emily Malster

Emily Malster is an experienced M&A Paralegal currently employed at Howard Kennedy LLP since January 2021. Previously, Emily served as a Corporate Paralegal at Royds Withy King from June 2019 to September 2020 and as a Paralegal at Howman Solicitors between October 2018 and April 2019, where responsibilities included assisting with document reviews and providing general support for Corporate M&A. Emily has also contributed pro bono work at the Employment Lawyers Association, serving as a triage assistant, and gained foundational experience by shadowing prosecutors in the East Anglia Area for c2c. Emily's earlier work at Santander Bank involved customer service and team collaboration. Academically, Emily holds an LPC LLM in Law and Business from The University of Law and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Coventry University.
