Shreya Upreti

Shreya Upreti is an experienced legal professional specializing in international construction law. Currently serving as an International Construction Paralegal at Howard Kennedy LLP since March 2023, Shreya previously held the same title at Corbett & Co. until its merger with Howard Kennedy in March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Associate at Pioneer Law Associates from March 2020 to August 2022 and at Reliance Corporate Advisors from November 2018 to February 2020. Shreya began their career with internships at various organizations, including Reliance Law Firm and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Nepal, where foundational legal skills were developed. Shreya holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and a B.A. LL.B. from National Law University, Delhi.
