Molly Garvey

Molly Garvey has over 30 years of experience in the field of executive search and recruitment. Molly currently works as the Vice President of HR Search Practice at Howard-Sloan Search since February 2023. Prior to that, Molly worked at Lucas Group for 9 years, starting as an Executive Sr. Partner HR Search in January 2014 and later becoming a Senior Partner. Molly also has experience in running their own boutique recruiting firm, Great People, from 1995 to 2002, where they specialized in recruiting for various industries. Molly has worked as an Executive Recruiter and Partner at DeForest Search Partners in 2012 and as a Recruiter at Apple One from 1987 to 1995, where they received accolades for their performance.
