Alexis Terry

Alexis Terry currently serves as a Senior Training and Development Specialist at Howard University, beginning in March 2024. Prior to this role, Alexis worked at 2U from January 2020 to March 2024 as a Learning and Development Facilitator and previously as an MBA@Syracuse Admissions Counselor, contributing to the digital transformation of higher education. Additional experience includes a short-term position as a Substitute for Anne Arundel County Public Schools in late 2019 and a role as Community Coordinator at Athleta from August 2017 to July 2019, where responsibilities included event coordination and community market strategy execution, earning recognition as Quarter 1 MVP. Alexis holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Graduate Certificate in Organization Development from Villanova University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Journalism from Towson University.
