Brian Kochanowski

Brian Kochanowski is a highly experienced Senior Training and Development Specialist at Waters Corporation, with a focus on field service and customer training. Since joining Waters in July 2001, Brian has led global curriculum development for informatics and qualification products, serving as a principal instructor for both field service personnel and customers, including Fortune 500 companies. Brian's expertise includes optimizing training effectiveness, developing eLearning offerings, and implementing cost-reducing changes in training formats. Prior to Waters, Brian was a Senior Analytical Research Scientist at Solutia Inc., where significant contributions included method development that resulted in substantial manufacturing savings. Brian holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Chemistry from the Virginia Military Institute.
