Abena Baah

Abena Baah currently serves as the Head of Partnerships and Product Owner at Rethink Underwriting Ltd since September 2021. Prior to this role, Abena was a Business Data Analyst at Beazley from July 2018 to May 2021 and held multiple positions including Senior Operations Analyst, Operations Analyst, and Project Coordinator at Starr Companies from December 2014 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as an HR Assistant at UBS Global Asset Management in late 2014 and a long-standing role as Senior Services Worker at Nacro from January 2004 to August 2014. Abena's educational background features a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Criminology from the University of Lincoln, a PGC in International Business Practice from St Mary's University, and a Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management. Additionally, training in metadata and global best practices was completed in 2021 and 2018, respectively.
